What data does this extension access?

This extension only accesses files and folders that you explicitly choose using the system folder picker. No files are accessed without your direct action.

Is any data sent to external servers?

No. This extension does not collect, transmit, or share any data with any server or third party. Everything stays entirely on your device.

This includes the small icons ("favicons") shown next to your shortcuts: they are retrieved using Chrome's own local favicon cache, not from any external service — no shortcut address is ever sent anywhere to display them.

What is stored locally?

The extension stores the following data locally on your device only:

• A reference to the folder you chose (to reopen it automatically next time).
• Thumbnail previews of your images and videos, cached locally to speed up display.
• The shortcuts you add (their name and web address), if you choose to create any.
• Your display preferences within the extension (per-video display mode, dark/light theme, etc.).

This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by removing the extension.

Does this extension use analytics or tracking?

No. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no crash reporting of any kind.
